About Raheela's Placement:

Raheela came to us for a week in February 2010 from Landau Forte College. Her interest in natural pattern lead her to produce a number of collographs and monoprints featuring intricate flower designs. She was also offered a short course with our colour printing master Brendan which she thoroughly enjoyed.


Raheela's Statement:

Upon my arrival at Green Door Printmaking Studio I had no idea on what to expect... when I got here I had the great opportunity to experience and experiment with a variety of new and fabulous printmaking techniques. My "Flower of the Hour" prints were influenced by Tord Boontje and I feel that his art has influenced me a great deal. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Green Door and would like to thank Anna, Pan And Brendan for giving me this great opportunity.
