In this series I delved into the interconnectedness that exists between nature, recycling, and the eternal cycle of life. I believe that nature’s resilience and the inherent harmony of its elements should serve as inspirations for our existence. Through various printing mediums, my aim has been to capture the essence of nature’s resilience and its ability to rejuvenate itself through recycling. I have always been fascinated by the transformative power of recycling, where discarded material can find a new life and be repurposed, rather than create waste. This mirrors the cycles of regeneration and rebirth that we can see in the natural world.
I hope my creations can serve as visual narratives, illustrating this delicate balance that we see exist within many ecosystems. I have chosen to incorporate recycled and natural materials into my prints, with the aim to highlight the significance of sustainable practices and creating a harmonious coexistence with our environment. Hopefully my prints can serve not only as a testament to the magnificence of the natural world, but also as a catalyst for introspection and action, encouraging viewers to contemplate their own relationships with our environment, the impact of their actions on the intricate web of life and the traces they leave behind.
