Terms & Conditions
All of our courses and workshops are available to book either online (via the booking forms on each information page), via email (to admin@greendoor-printmaking.co.uk or by telephone on 07919 823 097 (please call Mon-Fri, 11am-5pm).
Places are booked on a first come, first served basis. Materials and light refreshments are included in all of our courses and workshop prices.
Payment for your course can be made via Paypal online, via cheque made out to Green Door Printmaking Studio and posted to our studio, or in person via cash (please don’t send cash via post).
Please note, 50% of your course payment will be retained as a non-refundable deposit, required to confirm your place when making your booking.
You will receive receipt of your payment for your records.
Green Door requires 5 working days notice of cancellation of a booked course/workshop. Any advance payment made in excess of the non-refundable deposit will be returned unless you are able to make arrangements with Green Door to reschedule your course booking.
As a courtesy it is always preferable to notify us of your cancellation even if it falls within the cancellation notice period.
From time to time we offer discounts on workshops, please see individual course pages to view more information.
Members of Green Door Printmaking Studio and affiliate members of Banks Mill Studios will also receive a 10% discount on selected printmaking courses and workshops. *
